Advanced Practitioners (M.D., D.O., Ph.D., DDS, NP, or PA) who has received Board certifications by the American Board of Sleep Medicine
Category B
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT, RPSGT, CRT-SDS, RRT-SDS)
Category C
Advanced Practitioners (M.D., D.O., Ph.D., DDS, NP, or PA) who has NOT received Board certifications by the American Board of Sleep Medicine BUT has demonstrated interest and involvement in sleep medicine.
Category D
Polysomnography technicians (Not Registered), Clinical Sleep Health Personnel (CCSH), respiratory therapist, EEG technicians, nurses, students, and others who have demonstrated interest and involvement in sleep medicine that are approved for Membership by the Membership Committee.

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable.

Memberships run from January 1 through December 31 and must be renewed annually.
